Objectives for the Sandwich Presentation:

1. Participants will be able to describe a Sandwich generation, the implications a sandwich generation has on society, what challenges they face and pressures on women of a sandwich generation
2. Participants will learn action steps necessary to decrease stress and take care of clients health and health of those clients they care for
3. Participants will learn how to help clients adjust to moving in a parent and integrate there parents with their children
4. participants will learn what community resources are available for the sandwich generation
